If you're working with AI, then it really depends on which language has the best support for your AI application. In that case, I would say it's more likely C++.

I'm sure that both languages have great implementations of the essential machine learning algorithms and other AI stuff... so perhaps if you are developing your application on the Windows platform then go with C#
