A) This must be the parallel sentence but I'm not sure.

B) The construction is not parallel since "to read" is in its infinitive form(to + verb form) while the "traveling" and "singing" are in its gerund form(verb form ending in ING)

C) "Having reached the age of 3" is a dangling modifer. It should modify the daughter Carmen, not the subject "I"
