how can i determine the direction of the Coriolis acceleration ?

If the reference frame is moving in antitrigonometrical (clockwise) motion, then the deflection will be to the left; a deflection to the right happen when the reference frame is moving anticlockwise (trigonometrical sense). All of this in respect to an observer in the rotating frame of reference.
