If i were to graph f(x)=log(x) +4, would it look like this log(x)/log(4) or the other way around

It would look like the normal log(x) function, just shifted up 4 places

Don't quite understand the question... are you asking about the logarithm laws? E.g. log(a/b) = log(a) - log(b) etc?
