hello, i am from argentina, i would like to know which beta can i use to evaluate a industrial plant proyect ?

It really depends on the project. Is the company that is building the industrial plant public? If so you can calculate the market beta or get it from bloomberg. If not you can look for a comparable firm that is listed.
