the diameter of a cylindrical bassel without cover is 3.5cm and height is 10cm.what is the cost to paint it from inside and outside if cost is one rupee.and its thickness is none

jhonyy9 (jhonyy9):

if the diameter is 3,5 cm so than the radius is 1,75 cm

jhonyy9 (jhonyy9):

one cylindrical if this covered planed will get one rectang with lateral sides equales with diameter and with longher sides equales with height of cylinder

jhonyy9 (jhonyy9):

- so the area of one rectangle is width multiply lenght side so than will be diameter multiply height

jhonyy9 (jhonyy9):

- than 3,5*10=35 cm squared but for you can calcule the cost of this area - inside and outside - so than firstly you need to know what is the cost of paint for one cm squared area

jhonyy9 (jhonyy9):

- do you know this ?

jhonyy9 (jhonyy9):

this cost ?

jhonyy9 (jhonyy9):

- so and you need to know again the area of base what will be r squared *pi - and if this cylinder is covered so than you need multiply by 2 this area of base - but considered that is painted inside and outside too so than you need multiply this by 4
