Nope, no clue. Although whether this will take the shape of additional levels (110, 120, etc) or simply some different bonuses after you've reached level 100 is something we're not sure about either.

I'm just curious - what happens to the bar at the top right corner after you reach level 100?

I mean the bar that shows what level you are in and darkens as you get more medals.
