A problem with notifications...

This continues to happen with this particular question; I haven't noticed it on any others, but it's possible it's occurred.

Basically, every time someone replies to the question, it says "Mr.Math" is replying; although Mr.Math did indeed reply earlier on, none of the replies that continue to be credited to him (and there have been more than shown in the screenshot) have actually been from Mr.Math.

Notice the avatar/profile picture matches the correct user who is actually replying but the name is displayed incorrectly.

Cheers =) It just started happening again in another question - if this one is anything to go by, it seems to start after a certain number of answers have been posted in the same question? This particular thread has some 30+ replies and it only seemed to start after the numbers got quite high.

i think it happens on all browsers but mine is chrome

Yeah I was using Chrome when the error occurred.

yup - happened to me as well - I use Chrome on Mac OS.

karatechopper also uses chrome.. :D (she also was experiencing this as you can see in my link)
