Muscular endurance training involves which concept? Answer lifting 2 sets of 4-8 repetitions lifting 2 sets of 10-20 reps lifting 3 sets of 4-6 reps lifting 3 sets of 8-12 reps
is it lifting 2 sets of 10-20 reps
Endurance training involves light reps many times, so I would say lifting three sets of 8 to 12 reps each.
Really? I would think longer repetitions because endurance means to go on with something for longer.
I misread the question. I thought the second option was 2 sets of 8 to 12. The actual way to do endurance work with weights is to do, in each effort, as many reps as possible at a given weight, then reduce it by a small amount (5 or 10 lbs, perhaps) then do 5 more reps at the reduced weight before the next effort. But actually, most recent studies find that weights are a ridiculously inefficient way of doing endurance training and few exercise physiologists or trainers use them for that.
So which one would it be? :O
I think either would answer the question but I'd use neither in a real training program.
