how?
OpenStudy (akshay_budhkar):
a proportional relation is defined as an equation which is of the form y=k/x where k is any real number. So your answer is B

Isn't that an inverse you wrote akshay?
It should be equations of the form
y=kx
OpenStudy (turingtest):
is it\[y=-{1\over4x}\]or\[y=-{1\over4}x\]???
OpenStudy (anonymous):
It must be -x/4.
