Where can i start learning about quantum mechanics?

I would go to MIT Open course and find the class that is at your skill level and one that you want to do. You could also pick up a book "Black Hole Wars" by leonard susskin that breaks it down a bit in a easy to understand way depending on the level of understanding you want to achieve. I would say start at ground zero and work your way up to it.

Also if you are interested in quantum mechanics learn everything you can about the atom before starting to tackle that subject.
