im am a new b and i want to learn about science. Can someone please explain what electrons are made of? btw im only 12

make no mistake, electrons and photons are VERY different things. For instance electrons have mass and charge, but photons don't.
As far as what they are made of though, I refer you to the same topics: quantum mechanics, string theory, etc.
