The New Year celebrations didn't exactly go well for me. I was in Pondicherry, a town in Tamil Nadu in India, when a massive cyclone hit the city. The date was 31st Dec. 2011. Massive destruction, trees uprooted and above all a power cut for three days. My grandparents live in Pondicherry and I had gone to visit them. Now I'm back in Chennai where I live. But it seems the residents there will have to face a power cut for two more weeks because the power station was practically destroyed!!
Anyway, hope you all enjoyed 2011 and the beginning of 2012. Wish you all a happy New Year!!!!!
