Hi Kristy, There must be more to this question, as you have not said what "other source" is or isn't? But only about 2% of water on Earth is freshwater. So I am guessing it must be 0.9%.

@Brendan123 I see your reasoning and it could be 0.9% (again we don't know until we understand what 'other source' includes), but this indicates the percentage of freshwater, so the fact that only 2% of water is freshwater shouldn't have an impact on the answer. Even if only 2% of water on earth is freshwater, 30% of freshwater could be from 'other sources' (This would be 30% of the 2% that is freshwater). Anyway, I'm not completely sure, I may be wrong :)
