i dont last 20 mins until  a box shows up saying server can not be contacted at this time. its been like this for a week

Yes - I also get the popup saying server cannot be contacted. See the chat session for this group as well to see others reporting the same issue.

I'm logging off - I'll come back tomorrow when hopefully this has been fixed. it is completely unusable at the moment. I have lost several replies that I typed up in response to questions from users - very frustrating. and no one from OS seems to be responding to this.

Sorry guys, yeah, we were seeing some strange issues. We're looking into it. Sorry again for not replying here when you initially posted, I was knee deep in log files and profiling reports :/
