Well, it would be difficult for the answer to be D, as the migration lines represent huanity, not Europeans. I don't think it's C, as the humans spread out much further than the northern hemisphere, and the answer doesn't mention Europe, which is the point of the question. It's not A, as the lines aren't Europeans, they extended much further than those two regions, and the anser doesn't mention Europe. B is the best answer.
