I have a question :] X^4−4X^3+8X^2−16X+16 i know using some method i get ±1±2±4±8÷±1 I used X=-2 For synthetic division and got zero perfectly fine and got 1x3−2x2+4x−8vwhichgotme→x=±2iandx=2 but the X to the fourth should give me 4 roots right?

You have -2, 2, -2i and 2i. I believe you have all four.
