If it is a web server, I would say Slackware or Gentoo, but someone may disagree here. I think that, albeit the distro is still open for discussion, it should be a Linux.

how about using like freeBSD, actually i'll use this as data server for android apps

FreeBSD is a fine choice if you know it well or have support from those that do. Various Linux distributions are more popular and might be easier to get support and easy install software packages for exactly what you want.
