find the slope and y intercept of the line in the given equation. y= -2/7x-3

OpenStudy (binary3i):

slope is -2/7 and intersept is -3

OpenStudy (anonymous):

thx how to write that correctly

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yes, just think of this formula y= mx+b --- where mx is always ur slope and b is always ur y intercept in the graph!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so -2/7x is your slope. -3 is your y intercept

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i am having trouble with this but im good at the graphs lol

OpenStudy (anonymous):

thx to u both =)
