You can use Eclipse on www.eclipse.com Also you can find more compilers but I recommend Eclipse

i think you can use the 4.0 version first, cause the 5.0 one is still beta, after the 5.0 is stable then upgrade to the 5.0 version

If you are running Windows you can try the free Visual Studio Express (google for MS installer) For Mac, Install XCode (Free on the App Store) For Linux install GCC (Free, use Apt or RPM to install depending on distro)
