This seems a bit badly formulated. I won't help it, since it looks like your homework, but if I have an array of size 15 and another of size 10, how can I put them together? Or are they implicit saying to create a new array of size 25? Anyway, if it's in C/C++, look for the C programming page at "How Stuff Works" and read the sections about loops and arrays.

Edit: implicitly, instead of implicit
