Use the method that involves 3 points along the parabola and an axis that is either vertical or horizontal. That method involves the general form. I'll solve it on a sheet of paper and will post a picture of it.

The equation would be\[y^2=4x\] I used the standard equation. Based on the graph, distance of vertex to focus is 1. Substitute it to the standard equation. (Sorry but I can't make it on a separate sheet of paper.)
