For the second one, you could draw a picture a some homeless people on the street and have a guy in a suit walk right beside them, and have him throw a drumstick or some other food on a string and him pull it back right before the homeless have a chance to garb it. I don't know the assignment, so you either draw this or there is a program called alice that is a animation programmer. If i were you i would not upload the newest one which is like version 3 but instead the version 2.2, last I checked they were still working out some of the bugs... hope this helps.
