First we need to plot the y-intercept at (0,4) .... Do you know the next step?

Yes then we plot the x-intercept... and then draw a line through the two points.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Hmmm ...not if we are using the slope intercept method ... I think after we plot (0,4) then we use the slope by rising 1 and running three to the right, this will land us at (3, 4). Now we connect the two points.
