I need help fast. If each interior angle of a regular convex polygon is three times the measure of each exterior angle, what kind of polygon is it? A baseball diamond’s home plate has three right angles. The remaining two angles are congruent. What are their measures?

OpenStudy (mathmate):

Since the interior and exterior angles add up to 180 degrees, the exterior angle is therefore 1/4 of 180=45 degrees. The sum of all exterior angles of a regular polygon is 360 degrees, so the number of sides can be obtained by division of 360 by 45.
