becca's brownie recipe calls for 3 3/4 cups of flour. if becca wants to make a batch of brownies that is 3/5 amount of the standard recipe, how much flour will she need?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

that's 2 1/4

can you help me figure it out please?

3 3/4 change to improper fraction = 15/4 then, since you only need 3/5 of the original recipe, multiply 15/4 by 3/5. . .
