how do you Write 432,000 in scientific notation

just make a decimal after the first number and count all the other numbers to the right. there are 5 other numbers after the 4 so 5 is the exponent!...... also, write all numbers that arent zero (4.32 in this case) time a 10(always!) and then the exponent which is 5. so is 4.32x10^5
