OpenStudy (2bornot2b):

What is the button "kick" supposed to do?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

It can 'kick' a user from a group.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

It is mainly used to kick users who use abusive comments or words. But be careful while using the kick button though, the mods get a notification whenever you kick someone from a group. If the user who got kicked was innocent, then some action might be taken on you.

OpenStudy (shadowfiend):

Nailed it! This removes the user from the group. They can rejoin, but kicking is easy so people who rejoin to be abusive can just repeatedly be kicked. Essentially, it's the way we let group moderators have some control over the people in the group without giving them site-wide suspend/ban capability.

You can obtain a list of the best liberal arts colleges in the U.S. by going to Google and typing in the Search function "top small liveral arts colleges" . I have done this and the very best appear, so give it a try. wmw

Hi William, if you have a new notice or a bit of advice best to make a new question - rather than add to another persons question.
