Do you know how to find eigenvalues of a square matrix?

This belongs in mathematics. But the short answer is this. If A is an n x n square matrix and I is the n x n identity matrix, then the eigenvalues of A satisfy the equation \[ \det(A - \lambda I) = 0 \]
