Just type ctrl+a and then there will be an icon for right align click on it. Anyway could you convert that to .xls i dont have 2007 version.

Ok just do ctrl+a to select all go to formatting on the menus tab go to cells. there go to the formatting bar and click on Horizontal drop down down box and make it either left or right.

You want to select all cells containing numbers, right click on them and select Format Cells, and change their type to Currency.

Then select 0 decimal places when choosing Currency.

ones with $ must be formated to accounting no decimals, and the others using numbers with ,'s

lol. This is why I decided against studying computer science at uni and opted for engineering instead. I don't know what you mean, I can't help any further. Good luck working it out.
