Yes, but you parents/teacher put it on your computer for a reason so I can't tell you how.

If you have access to the email mailbox of the person who installed it - you can just use the password recovery option to send you the password. This may also help: Disable the Bluecoat service from the Windows Service Control Manager. Remove the file bckd.sys under Windows system32 drivers directory. Reboot the box.

Try using a VPN, proxy or SSH tunneling to get around it instead.
