The body mass index is given by the formula I=700W/H^2 , Where W=weight & H=height. Jerome is 67 inches tall so Jerome’s body mass index will fall between 22 and 23 for the set of all weights such that ____

OpenStudy (anonymous):

You're given 2 different values for body mass index. For each one, plug it into the equation given and solve for the weight.

OpenStudy (saifoo.khan):

Alrighty,,

OpenStudy (anonymous):

For example, with the letters I, W, and H, what parts do we know? 67 inches tall would be height and 22 and 23 are each body mass indices.

OpenStudy (saifoo.khan):

3.4<W<3.6

Dude, just giving the answer isn't going to help anyone learn.

OpenStudy (saifoo.khan):

agree, but she's in trouble man! helping is good sometimes... (:

OpenStudy (dario):

Dude thanks for the help. I'm getting ready for EQUAO tests and your a big help!

OpenStudy (saifoo.khan):

lol, trouble as in need of help.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Saifoo, helping is good, but giving answers isn't help. She'll get the homework right, but then come test time she won't know how to find an answer, will guess her way through, fail, and be stuck in the same math class another year while all the math nerds are partying it up in college. Does that really sound like help to you?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i know was just messing with you hope you had a good new year saifoo. and as for you Dave play nice

OpenStudy (saifoo.khan):

Yes!! :D same to u ma'am!
