what is Edge List Structure ?

I'm guessing it's simply a list that stores the edges of a graph. An edge connects two vertices and may or may not have direction.

Your vertex object may have x,y,z coordinates, but it depends on what problem you are trying to solve. An edge object should probably have length, starting point and endpoint properties so you would be able to for example traverse the graph and find the shortest/longest path.
