i don't know what "coincide" means in mathematical terms so it might be A. but it isn't B or D. parallel lines have the same slope and perpendicular lines have the opposite reciprocal slope. so it is not B or D. the intersect at -3 because they both cross the y axis at that point. and they are not perpendicular. so that is why i think it's C. but it is definitely either C or A
