No you are looking for a phrase that is acting as an adjective. These can be trick sometimes but I believe it's 'in time'. I won't guarantee I'm right though. Wish Laura was here lol
C would be my second choice though. I would probably go with it since it was your first choice. I always say when you are unsure, go with your gut.
