There's an equation. Celsius = (5/9)(Farenheit-32)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok will so what would I do

OpenStudy (anonymous):

You have the number for Fahrenheit, so put that into the equation and you'll get a number for Celsius..

OpenStudy (anonymous):

please help as it has been 30 years since i have done math

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Just replace and solve for F.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

replace what?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

If F = degrees Fahrenheit, and C = degrees Celcius... in this case, F = 101. Your formula is... C = (5/9) * (F - 32) So plug 101 in for F, and then solve for C, and you'll have your answer!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so the equation would be 5/9x69?

You got it!
