The Calvin Cycle explains your question by the detail. I was just been lazy and my effort was trying to point you through the right direction. Google it or read it in a book, because usually the data is larger than it can be discussed. Now if you don't quite understand it I could review the subject for you and break it Barney style.

I'm taking the same course as you and I just got to that assignment today and I wanted to know if you ever figured out the transitioning between them. I've been looking on google for like 30 minutes now and it's getting a little irritating.
