I need help number 42 only, I don't get the question , It should be 5r + 2f , how come 7r + 3f, which one ? , 2 answer or both add together ? .Help me Please! TK

I started to answer this, but then I noticed that I agree completely...the question is flawed. The question asks the total cost, saying that he buys 5 rides at 3dollars each and 2 food items at 2 dollars each. The equation to find the total cost would be 5r + 2f; 5(3)+2(2) =19 dollars total cost Then they give some superfluous equation to find the total, which is ultimately wrong.

Sorry that doesn't help, but I just think the question must have had a typo.
