Argh, Microsoft products and their cryptic error messages :( I recall getting lots of "Unknown Error" from VS once :-P

It's saying it can't load a type from the assembly referenced. It's a Microsoft assembly, which would point to maybe the assembly in question not being installed. Are you sure you have all of the assemblies that come with Visual Studio installed?
