OpenStudy (ragingsquirrel):

Which of the following could be a measurement on a scale drawing that has a scale of 2:5? 2 in.:5 ft 4 cm:10 cm 4 cm:10 mm 6 in.:20 in.

OpenStudy (radar):

4 cm:10 cm could work out. I think.

OpenStudy (ragingsquirrel):

well all of them are correct, so i know i'm missing something

OpenStudy (radar):

well 2in : 5ft that is 2 in: 60in that aint 2:5 it won't work.

OpenStudy (radar):

The 4 cm: 10 mm note that is milimeter that would work out to be 4 cm: 1 cm so it aint gonna make the 2:5 requirement.

OpenStudy (ragingsquirrel):

Thanks.

OpenStudy (radar):

Need I say more?

OpenStudy (ragingsquirrel):

Nope

OpenStudy (anonymous):

wouldn't 4 cm: 10 cm be correct since it is of the same unit?

OpenStudy (ragingsquirrel):

Yeah, i think thats what he meant.
