I have a suggestion ( don't know if it's good enough ) :

Add colours to the draw box.

Like the other day I was trying to explain to someone in geometry that this is a side and this is a diagonal it would have been easier if there was colours... ( Hope you understand what I mean )

The current tools are /just/ good enough to be useful. The ones I think will make it even better are:
   - add more colours
   - add ability to write (instead of draw) some text
   - add some standard /templated/ drawings - e.g. just like you can pick rectangle to draw a rectangle, it would be useful to pick "x-y axes" to draw a simple x-y axes with some tick marks along each axis.
   - ability to copy a drawing from one question to another
