Those triangles cannot possibly be congruent because the hypotenuse of one is congruent of the other. In right triangles, the hypotenuses are corresponding sides. If triangles are congruent, the corresponding sides are congruent.

So no postulate can be used to prove that they are congruent because we can prove that they are NOT congruent.
