OpenStudy (anonymous):

do you mean x approaches -1? if not, it's just -sqrt2

OpenStudy (anonymous):

\[x=1\]

OpenStudy (wasiqss):

use rationalization

OpenStudy (wasiqss):

i have done it first u give it a try

OpenStudy (wasiqss):

yehhh u can use l opital rule also

OpenStudy (wasiqss):

do it

OpenStudy (anonymous):

can u pleas expln it?

OpenStudy (wasiqss):

do u know L hopital rule

OpenStudy (anonymous):

noo

OpenStudy (wasiqss):

which grade u in according to that i d make u understand

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i just started tis

OpenStudy (anonymous):

can u post the steps?then i can understand ts

OpenStudy (wasiqss):

L hopital rule is very easy listen in this rule u take derivative of nominator and denominator seperately like in this case the derivative of numerator is 1 and the derivative of denominator is 1/2(1+x)^1/2

OpenStudy (wasiqss):

\[1/(1/2){(1+x)^1/2 } \]

OpenStudy (wasiqss):

this is how final eq looks like , place 1 in place of x and then tellme answer
