This is really simple:

To total figures from the same cell address in different sheets:

1. Select the cell that will hold the sum (J6) and type =SUM(.
2. Select the tab for the first sheet (Jan-Jun).
3. Hold the Shift key, and then select the tab for the second sheet (Jul-Dec).
4. Select cell the cell that contains the numbers you want totaled (H6), and then press Enter.

The final formula in cell J6 will be =SUM('Jan-Jun :Jul-Dec'!H6) if you did it correctly. Don't forget to format the cell for consistency with the rest of the sheet (i.e. number should be x,xxx not xxxx.
