OpenStudy (anonymous):

... which side looks the largest?

OpenStudy (akshay_budhkar):

lol Fsm

OpenStudy (akshay_budhkar):

that is not the right way to explain eh?

OpenStudy (akshay_budhkar):

the side opposite to the largest angle is the largest side :D

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Haha it's not ;) Ok in a triangle, the side opposite the larger angle will always be the largest side. 92 degrees is the largest angle here, so the side opposite is the largest.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

the hypotenuse side is the longest side, given right triangle....

OpenStudy (akshay_budhkar):

but this is not a right angled triangle O_o

OpenStudy (anonymous):

But it's not a right triangle ;)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i actually wanted to say for example. . lol

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so 61 then?

OpenStudy (akshay_budhkar):

is 61 greater or is 92 ?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

no, the side opposite to the largest angle is the longest side. . .

OpenStudy (anonymous):

kind of confused now

OpenStudy (akshay_budhkar):

ok lets go step by step now.. Tell me which angle is the largest in that triangle

OpenStudy (anonymous):

92

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Yes. So the side opposite that angle will be the largest.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

27 is the opposite side

OpenStudy (anonymous):

No, 27 degrees is an angle, not a side.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

what is a side ?
