what is planck's theory?

1. light travels in the form small discrete energy of packets called quanta!!!! 2. these quanta are always integral multiple mean1,2,3, 4 and not 0.5,1.5 like that 3. energy of each quanta is E=hV where v is frequency of light. based on max Planck theory (above theory) Einstein derived is photo electric effect!!! other wise it was difficult to discover Einstein the photoelectric effect! !!!
