Instruct others on safety around the workplace (small lil reminders if you see anything)

I've worked in a number of dangerous (or potentially dangerous) jobs, and generally the process taken to improving safety is: Elimination > Substitution > Engineering > Administration > PPE.
So try and eliminate hazards first. If that can't be done, then try and substitute whatever's posing a potential hazard for something else. If that can't be done, then engineer a solution that removes the hazard. And so on and so on.
