A policeman on a motorcycle is pursuing a car that is speeding at 115 kmper hour. The policeman is 6 km behind the car and is traveling 130 kmper hour. How long will it be before the policeman overtakes the car?

In the next hour one would cover 115km and the other 130. That's a 15 km difference. We only need the difference to be 6. So if 60 minutes makes 15, how many minutes make 6? 60 * 6 / 15 = 24 minutes
