he's low lvl so he couldn't become group mod in math group and idk maybe you made him global moderator but it doesn't say moderator near him as for other global moderators

Hm. Yeah, that's definitely weird.

Actually that's probably due to a restart sometime in the past day or so, he came back on line before others did, got marked as moderator, and then the unmarking process failed as it seems to occasionally do.
