a. the author is a doctor, which gives the argument authority, and he also signs the letter sincerely
b. the author is obviously a friend of Rusty's, the date, and the use of the word sincerely
c. the fact the author is persuading the reader to hire Rusty, the choice of words, and the date
d. the fact the author is persuading the reader to hire Rusty, the introduction, and the signature line
